Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a hilly area. To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 5 steps. There is 1 step to the property entrance, and a further 4 steps to the porch and front door. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the other access door has a door width of 130cm. There are 6 steps down to the poolside. There is an alternative access point to the terrace through the parking area gate, however the ground is a little uneven, from here there are only 3 steps to the poolside. The outside is an open-plan terrace which is relatively flat. There is an externally accessed apartment reached via 6 steps. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom on the ground floor is 68cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 58cm. There are 6 steps from the lower ground floor to the ground floor. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 77cm whilst the door into the lounge is also 77cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
