You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Set in the Punta Lara hills with panoramic views over the resort, Villa Buenavida is a 5-bedroom villa accommodating groups of up to 10. On the ground floor, you'll find the games room with a pool table, cosy seating, and a satellite TV. Patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace and doors lead to three of the bedrooms. On the first floor, you'll find the main lounge area with leather sofas, satellite TV, an extendable dining table, and overhead fans. Also on this floor, a twin bedroom joins a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning and homely touches to keep you comfortable and cool even in the height of summer. Outdoors on the pool terrace level, enjoy sunbathing on the loungers provided whilst gazing at the mountains in the distance.
When it's time to get out and explore your surroundings, all local amenities are within short driving distance. Long stretches of sandy beach await just a few minutes away, with many seaside restaurants offering fresh fish. The centre of Nerja is less than 5km away, offering culture and history as well as the stunning Balcon de Europa.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area, in an elevated position along a track in an area known as Punta Lara Alta. Despite the villa building being located in an uneven ground, the villa location is at the top of a hill. The grounds outside the house are steep. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide along with 3 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 100cm. The pool area is flat, however there are steps leading to the poolside. Inside, all bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and all bathroom doors are 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
