You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Full of flair and Mediterranean color, this 5-bedroom Villa offers an unbeatable location for a laid-back coastal getaway with your family or a big group of friends. The beach, local restaurants, shops, a grocery store and the town center are all around a 10-minute stroll away.
Comfortably furnished, this charming property is spread across 2 floors, combining rustic decor with contemporary design touches and conveniences, including free Wifi throughout, satellite TV, air conditioning and small gym. There's also a parking space available if you are coming with your car.
Outdoors, you can make a splash in a beautiful pool (The pool is 8 x 4 metres with depths of 95 cm - 1. 8 m) surrounded by palm trees and flowers and enjoy al fresco dining barbecue on your private terrace, while watching the kids play in the pool and garden.
Entering this spacious house one comes into a large entrance hall. From here there are 2 entrances to a large double lounge/games room with pool table, cloakroom and very spacious kitchen. A door from the kitchen goes onto a small hall and to a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the lounge there are patio doors onto a covered terrace for dining and the pool area. Up a double set of stairs are 4 further bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. The double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a further full bathroom. From the master bedroom and one of the twins, patio doors open onto a large terrace, a good part of which is enclosed and used as a further lounge/gym.

To access the villa there is an open path which is 120cm wide with one step. The front door has a width of 70cm whilst the other access door has a width of 120cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat. The pool path is 120cm wide and the pool itself has ladder access. The widest bedroom door is 75cm and the widest bathroom door is 75cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
