To access the villa there is an open path which is 140cm wide with six steps. The front door has a width of 85cm whilst the other terrace door has a width of 130cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, the pool itself has step access. The pool path has a width of 150cm. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor where there are 17 steps. The width of the widest bedroom door is 70cm whilst the width of the widest bathroom door is 60cm.
