You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The property is accessed via a 123cm-wide path and 6 steps leading to the front door, which is 74cm wide. Outdoor spaces include tiled terraces and a gently sloping lower terrace that leads to the pool area. Access to the pool requires descending 12 steps to the lower level, followed by an additional step. The pool itself has Roman steps for entry. The path to the pool is 93cm wide, and other exterior access doors are 95cm wide. Inside the villa, there are changes in height with several internal steps. Upon entry, there is a 2cm step into the kitchen area. Moving from the kitchen to the dining area requires stepping down 9cm, while accessing the double bedroom and family bathroom involves a 9cm step up. The villa includes both ground and lower ground bedrooms and bathrooms. The ground floor features a double bedroom with a door width of 66cm and a family bathroom with a bath with shower over. The lower ground floor, accessed by 12 steps, includes a twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a 21cm entry step. Doors to the lower ground bedroom and bathroom are 66cm and 55cm wide, respectively. The kitchen/dining area is accessible through a 95cm-wide entrance, while the lounge area is spacious, with a 95cm-wide entrance.
