This beautiful townhouse in the heart of Nerja offers a convenient location just steps away from all amenities and a short walk to the beach. With its unique and classic furnishings, it provides a traditional taste of Andalucia.

The townhouse features 3 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms for added comfort. No need for a rental car as everything you need is within walking distance, including the popular playa Calahonda and a variety of tapas bars, restaurants, and shops in central Nerja. To make parking easier, we recommend arriving by taxi. If you wish to explore other Andalusian cities, you can easily access public transport from the nearby bus station or join a guided tour.

Behind the traditional Spanish townhouse facade, you'll find spacious accommodation. The front door opens into a classic styled lounge/dining area, and a relaxing terrace with a brick BBQ and outdoor dining area overlooks the private swimming pool. The upper floor offers a roof terrace for sunbathing and relaxation. The ground floor features a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV and satellite channels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Patio doors open onto a small raised terrace with access to the private swimming pool. There is also a shower room on this floor. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a seating area overlooking the pool. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms that share a spacious bathroom with a corner bath.

This villa boasts an inviting living space on the lower level, complete with charming beamed ceilings and a striking feature fireplace. The area also includes a second dining table and chairs, as well as a convenient breakfast bar with stools and a kitchenette area. To access the villa there is an open path which is 120cm wide with six steps. The front door has a width of 120cm whereas the door to terrace is 100cm wide. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, there are 7 steps leading towards the pool area from the upper terrace, the pool itself has step access with a handrail, there is a further two more steps leading towards the pool. Inside the villa, there are 17 steps to the first floor where all the bedrooms are located. All the bedrooms and bathrooms have a door with of 68cm. The width of the door into the kitchen is 78cm whilst the door into the lounge is 120cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
