The beach itself has rather strange looking volcanic black sand – but nonetheless is one of the best and cleanest around, and offers plenty of space to soak up the Canarian sunshine as it is relatively uncrowded! The picturesque seafront is lined with shops, bars and restaurants, perfect for sampling some authentic Canarian cuisine as you watch the sunset over the ocean ahead from your private villa in Playa de la Arena.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly area of Playa de la Arena. To access the villa there is a path which is 86cm wide alongside 24 steps. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 86cm wide. Outside, there are 6 steps down to the poolside terrace. The pool itself has step access and is surrounded by decking and artificial grass. There are no washrooms on the ground floor, only a WC. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The master bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is also 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 110cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
