The beach itself has rather strange looking volcanic black sand – but nonetheless is one of the best and cleanest around, and offers plenty of space to soak up the Canarian sunshine as it is relatively uncrowded! The picturesque seafront is lined with shops, bars and restaurants, perfect for sampling some authentic Canarian cuisine as you watch the sunset over the ocean ahead from your private villa in Playa de la Arena.

Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan with a mixture of a tiled seating area and artificial grass. There is 1 step of approximately 15cm down to the pool area. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 60cm wide. The lower ground floor bedroom could be accessed via the garage if needed, however all shower rooms require step access. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 130cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
