You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Conveniently located, Villa Alta Vista sits within the popular resort of Costa Adeje. A brisk 20-minute walk takes you into the very heart of this bustling hub, a hive of activity with traditional Spanish seafront restaurants, busy bars, shopping centres, supermarkets, water sports, aqua parks and much more. With so much to choose from, you won't be stuck for things to do on your holiday.
However, you may not be able to prise yourself away from the stunning sea views from the terrace. This terrace has been designed with holidaymakers in mind. Sun loungers, surrounded by potted plants offer amazing views of the rustic landscape and sea in the distance. Unwind and relax, a glass of wine in hand and the sun is beating down, what a picture. If you fancy a dip then a refreshing pool with classic roman steps is at your disposal. Comfortable garden furniture sits under a covered terrace for those who want to escape the sun, an ideal spot to sit and relax with a good book for company.
Patio doors off the terrace lead you into the living room, where soft furnishings give this property a homely feel to it. Next to it, a bright kitchen, with red and cream cupboards boasts a breakfast bar and a small dining table. This room is ideal for cooking up a superb evening meal amongst friends and family. Eat alfresco style, as doors off the kitchen lead to the outdoor terrace. A bathroom for all to share completes the ground floor. A staircase off the hallway leads to the first floor, where we find four double bedrooms. One has its own ensuite whilst the other three share a separate bathroom.
