Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 160cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The master bedroom door is 73cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 63cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 78cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 78cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
