You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Seajay is a superb semi-detached villa located on the cusp of the exclusive area of Los Mojones and close proximity of the central resort of Puerto del Carmen, only a few minutes’ walk to the main strip and to one the of the largest resorts beaches, Playa Grande with its golden grains running virtually unbroken for around 6km offering our customers to relax and enjoy the resorts full facilities without having to hire a car. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas, the popular marina of Puerto Calero with its fabulous choice of seafood eateries is also accessible via a taxi boat from the Old Town harbour.
Seajay is built over 2 levels and offers the upstairs to the master bedroom with ensuite facilities and a private balcony offering you uninterrupted sea views. The 2 twin bedded rooms are on the ground floor and lead to the open planned living and dining areas and well equipped kitchen. Patio doors from the living area lead out towards the terracotta tiled terrace and private pool area, surrounded by a wall to you privacy around the pool area. Additional covered seating outside for alfresco dining and traditional brick Canarian BBQ. The pool has a safety mesh fence with a lockable gate so that young children cannot enter the pool area without supervision. The fence can be collapsed if there are no children in your party and you do not wish to use it giving you complete control and peace of mind.

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm. The front door has a width of 79cm whilst other access doors have a width of 160cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has ladder access. On entering the villa there is 4 steps down to the ground floor. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 70cm wide. There are 11 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 70cm, and the bathroom door has a width of 70cm. There is one step down from the lounge to the bedrooms/bathrooms.
