Lots to like about Villa Lapa, yet also a few niggles: Its a large, clean villia with good community spaces. All the right facilities and a great pool. Its all on the same level yet up a short hill away from the playa de pocillos beach, a large Spar and some fine resturants. No offstreet parking, but we were always able to park outside on the road nearby. All the bedrooms were large with plently of storage. They would benifit with full length mirrors as an upgrade. The two bathrooms were clean and well decorated. Yet our major issue was the main bedroom ensuite smelt like a sewer, despite seval bottles of bleach poured down the drains. Overall the rep was helpful and good. However on this matter shruging her shoulders and passing off the smell as just Spanish plumbing was disapointing. Outside the pool was brilliant, although the trees that overhang it should be cut back to avoid the falling leaves and fruit. The sunbeds have seen better days and need replacing.

Brilliant only one thing wrong was that the pool cover had to be swept off every day to remove all the debris from the trees at the side of the pool and my husband had to clean the pool several times a day as the trees overhang the pool the trees need to be cut back as you can’t even walk under them and take a lot of the daylight having said that we will definitely be there again at some point

Villa Lapa was very clean on arrival and comfortable for the duration of our stay. Pool was brilliant, although it could have been a couple of degrees warmer. Facilities were adequate, missing oven trays but we were able to make do with what we have. Local restaurants were very good and the proximity to the Spar was ideal.

To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm. The front door has a width of 87cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has step access with five steps and a lip around the pool edge of approximately 7cm. This is a ground floor property. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 74cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 67cm wide. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 87cm whilst the door into the lounge is 87cm. Overall the villa is relatively flat and open-plan. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
