To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 2 steps after the entrance gate. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat. The pool itself has step access. There is a small step of a few cm down from the terrace doors to the poolside. This villa is on a lower ground floor and a ground floor. Bedroom 4 on the ground floor has a door width of 73cm, whilst the independent bathrooms door is also 73cm wide. There are 16 steps to the lower ground floor.
