Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

To access the villa there is a path which is 76cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The path to the poolside is 100cm wide. There terrace area is flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. Inside, there are 4 steps down to the ground floor bedrooms/bathrooms. The double bedroom door is 72cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 68cm wide. There are 11 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 76cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 76cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All villa rental rates include preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels unless stated), pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and various levels of cleaning and preparation. For more details on what to expect before, during and after your stay please read our FAQs.
