To access the villa there is a path which is 115cm wide alongside 8 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The path to the terrace is 230cm wide, with 3 steps to the pool level. The rest of the terrace is tiled and flat. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. The double bedroom has a door width of 77cm, whilst the family bathroom has a door width of 63cm.
