You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Casa Sussa provided a lovely base for our multigeneration family holiday. I think I might be helpful to give a few pros and cons as we thought the villa was so close to being perfect. Pros Amazing location, close enough to walk to shops/restaurants/beach but really quiet. Felt very safe and secure. Beautiful clean pool with some floaties and sun beds. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Excellent air con in the bedrooms. Cons The drains in the en-suite bathroom smelled of sewage. Unfortunately this meant the bedroom also smelled of sewage. We spoke to a Solmar rep and were informed this could be due to the tides and drainage, and that the owner is aware of the problem. The bathrooms also don't have fans which means that all smells remain stuck in the bathroom. There were no cleaning products in the villa so we had to buy big bottles of bleach and cleaning sprays and leave them there. It would be helpful to have a supply there to help keep on top of things when staying for 7 days +. The pillows in all rooms were very small and thin. Overall we loved our stay at the villa and would come back, I did however feel for my parents who at times had to sleep in a sewage smelling bedroom.

This is a very well located villa in a quiet residential area, only 2 minutes from Playa Pocillos beach and 5 minutes walk from a good selection of restaurants, supermarket, shops etc. The villa is quite elevated from the beach so you need to either climb a short set of stairs or walk up a fairly steep paved road. The villa is spacious inside. Outside is also deceptively large, with separate pool and sunbathing areas. Would stay there again.

Villa amenities were first rate. Added bonus of pool table and table tennis table outside that were not mentioned on the write up were perfect for us, especially the boys! Easy walk to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in both directions from the villa. Beach was a stones throw from the villa. Fantastic week spent here, would highly recommend. We had a brilliant time at Casa Sussa.
