Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

This villa is in a hilly area of Playa Blanca. To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 1 step, there is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 80cm whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. There are 5 steps down from the terrace to the pool area. As can be seen in the images, the terrace is a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There is a small lip around the pool edge, whilst the pool itself has step access. This is a ground floor property, where all bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen is 90cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 80cm wide.*Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
