You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Sueno is a stunning villa that has been furnished by the owner to give Solmar guests an exceptional villa holiday experience. This four bedroom and five bathroom villa is air conditioned throughout and all bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with a large island is open planned to the spacious living area with a large flat screen TV with a Netflix account and games console. The dining table here also converts to a Pool Table for additional family entertainment. Patio doors lead you to your outside living area with a large pergola and corner rattan sofa with a table tennis to entertain all the family. The bespoke free form swimming pool is the highlight of this villa, roman steps lead you in and the swimming pool has a water feature and wraps around the side of the villa which also boasts a sunken hot tub to the side. At the far side of the villa you will find a small gym with a flat screen TV and air-conditioning, here you will also find a small sauna. Relax and enjoy all the facilities this amazing villa has to offer.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area called Montana Roja. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. There is a 3cm step over the patio door. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 80cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 110cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
