To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide alongside 8 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a slight lip over the patio door frames, and an edging around the pool. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 57cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
