You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Sara Overview
One of five stunning villas making up the Solmar Villas collection in the Las Maretas urbanisation. Villa Sara is a modern three bedroom detached villa set within a large and enclosed plot. Each room has been thoughtfully furnished in a contemporary and modern style by its proud owner. Set over two floors, the ground floor boasts a comfortable and open planned lounge with dining facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with a shower room ensuite and twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find the master bedroom with a private bathroom ensuite and a private terrace offering sea views. Bedrooms come equipped with air-conditioning for your comfort and peace of mind and WiFi is available too. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to your outdoor living area where you and your family and friends will be spending most of your time. Spacious enclosed grounds with a day bed, a couple of set sunbeds with parasol and sunbeds placed around your open private swimming pool (heating included between November and April) can also be found. The villa also comes with a pool table and table tennis for families and friends to enjoy. A brick built barbecue and pergola offering plenty of shade for those wanting to dine al fresco, away from the midday Canarian sunshine. A handful of bars and restaurants in Faro Park are within easy walking distance and a regular bus service into Playa Blanca centre is also nearby. To access the villa there is a path which has a width of 88cm and there is ramp access available to the front door although there is a slight slope in the pavement. The front door has a width of 87cm and other doors that access the pool area is the patio doors which are 140cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 95cm wide and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide which is the double bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 71cm wide which is the ensuite in the double bedroom. No fresh bedding or towels .Had to move to upstairs bedroom second week and wash towels. For the price of the villa towels were very poor quality When we arrived on Saturday pool was very dirty .Pool cleansing didn’t happen till the Wednesday.

Villa Sara had excellent facilities and was very clean. We used the pool every day and the washing machine and dishwasher were also a bonus. The only slight problem was due to there being 3 showers in the Villa, the water was not always as hot as we would have liked. We hired a vehicle for the duration of the holiday which was necessary as the walk into Playa Blanca was too far especially as we had children with us. We would certainly recommend this Villa.

We have just come back from spending an amazing week in Villa Sara. The villa was immaculately clean and had everything we required. The air conditioning was amazing; especially at night when the villa could be very warm. There are a few restaurants and a small shop within walking distance which we made good use of. We would recommend this villa as it looks just as good as the photos. Thank you Solmar.
