You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

One of three stunning villas making up the Solmar Villas collection in the Las Maretas.
Villa Perla is a bright, modern villa with contemporary furnishings thoughtfully placed by the owner offering Solmar guests the ideal villa holiday experience. Set over two levels, the ground floor consists of an open planned lounge and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both sharing a family bathroom. Upstairs, you will discover a further double bedroom with a bathroom ensuite and a private terrace with views over of the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. All the bedrooms come with air-conditioning included for your comfort and WiFi is available throughout the villa.
Patio doors from the living area lead out to your outdoor living space, two set sunbeds are in the corner of the plot and sunbeds placed perfectly around your private freeform swimming pool (heating included between November and April) with a separate shallower section separated by columns. A pergola is set to the side of the villa giving additional shade for those wanting to escape the Canarian sunshine and the villa also comes equipped with a pool table and table tennis for family and friends to enjoy throughout your holiday.
Faro Park is within a 5 minute walk and offers a small selection of amenities including restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. The main resort of Playa Blanca is easily accessed in a 5 minute drive.

Lovely villa in Faro Park, Playa Blanca. We love this area which is about ten minutes by car from Playa Blanca. There is also a local bus every twenty minutes. There is a small, well stocked supermarket and a choice of restaurants about ten minutes stroll away. This three bedroomed villa was a bit too big for the two of us, but this was governed by availability. The villa was very well equipped. Everything was good quality. The towels and bedding appeared to be fairly new. The pool was beautiful, with a shallow section for young children. On that note there was quite a lot of equipment in the villa for young children. Six loungers around the pool with pool towels provided. Lovely dining room with beautiful sunset views. Can thoroughly recommend this property.

We had a problem with the internet on our arrival we phoned our overseas rep Lisa who was very helpful she had to come to the villa on our first day to sort it. She was unable to so call her colleague Pam who came and sorted it. Both Lisa & Pam where so helpful nice and professional they was a pleasure to see and speak to. So a big thank you to them both. Looking forward to our next holiday with Solmar Kind regards June.

Amazing Viilla with amazing facilities. We got a brilliant deal as only booked two days before. Everything is in great condition and the website photos show a true representation. Kitchen was very clean and had every utensil you could think of: even small supply of dishwasher tablets, cleaning cloths and fairly liquid and tea towels. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer included too. The internal lounge/dining area would be small to socialise in if the Villa was at capacity of 6 guests but lots of outside space and table/chairs and Loungers. Our personal negative was that the double beds were very low and not comfortable. We had a small issue with outside lighting but once reported by text to the Villa rep was resolved within 24 hours. Have already recommended to friends and would visit again. There are a small selection of supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance, however a car would be ideal to get into Playa Blanca itself.
