To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 135cm wide. The terrace around the poolside is flat. Access to the pool via the patio doors contains a small step of 18cm, alongside a lip over the doorframe. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor main bedroom has a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom door is also 70cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
