Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

Please note, this villa is in a slightly hilly area of Playa Blanca. To access the villa there is a path which is 122cm wide alongside 19 steps. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 126cm wide. The terrace is set on 3 levels, with steps down to each. The terrace is tiled, whilst the pool itself has step access. The steps around the exteriors can be seen in a number of the images. There are 15 steps to the lower ground floor. The bedroom doors are 69cm wide, whilst the bathroom doors are also 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 97cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 97cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
