To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. The path to the poolside is 110cm wide. The terrace is all on one level, open-plan and tiled. There is a slight lip over the patio doorframes. The pool itself has step access. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 130cm wide. There is a gym and lounge area on the lower ground floor, this is accessed via 15 internal steps. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
