The place has gone down hill, this was our third stay, the place was filthy, hairs all over the bathrooms, broken pool table, broken hot tub, badly stained garden furniture. Not worth the money at all. We will definitely not be retuning Also waste of money paying for heated pool as it was freezing all week.

This villa was great, 4 bedrooms, 2 twins downstairs and 2 doubles upstairs. It is a 5 minute walk from a good selection of restaurants but not in the busiest area. Boys loved the hot tub but it was quite expensive to book. On the downside absolutely nothing is provided eg toilet rolls, water on arrival, no option for welcome pack if you have a late flight. Also towels provided were quite stingy they left towels in upstairs bedrooms but none in the downstairs bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive aspects: Beautiful villa with lots of space. Information by email just before arrival was very extensive and clear. We were able to check in earlier, which was very nice. Nice pool table and table tennis table Nice outdoor area and plenty of sunbeds. Excellent swimming pool Nice jacuzzi Negative aspects: Jacuzzi at an additional cost of (221 GBP p/w) very expensive. Specific questions asked by email well before we went on holiday (asked several times) are not answered. No decent (normal) coffee maker available. This was one of the specific questions. A coat rack in the bedrooms would be useful. Jacuzzi was not on upon arrival. After several requests, this was finally resolved, but it did cause some frustration. The financial refund for not being able to use the jacuzzi (and the associated frustration) was initially handled unprofessionally, but after insistence it was subsequently resolved professionally.

To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm. The front door has a width of 80cm whilst other access doors have a width of 100cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is flat. The pool itself has step access. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 70cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 70cm and the widest bathroom door is 60cm.*Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
