Please note, this villa is not located in a hilly or mountainous area. To access the villa, there is a path which is 88cm wide alongside 4 steps, and there is no ramp access. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door leading to the terrace and pool area is 124cm wide.

The terrace and pool area are level and tiled, with no steps down to the pool. The pool is accessed via 6 built-in steps.

Internally, the ground floor is level and includes a full bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. All internal doors on this level are 80cm wide. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor, where all three bedrooms are located along with two additional bathrooms (one ensuite and one communal). All bedroom and bathroom doors are 70cm wide.
