To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 159cm wide. The lower ground floor can be accessed by a ramp from the driveway. The ground floor is accessed via steps only. The terrace is spacious and tiled. The pool is on the lower floor, whilst an external staircase with 16 steps leads from the ground floor to the poolside. The ground floor double and twin bedrooms have a door width of 79cm, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 18 internal steps to the lower ground floor where the twin bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 150cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 150cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
