To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 180cm wide. Access to the terrace via the patio doors is via a small step over the doorframe of 4cm. The poolside is flat, whilst the edging around the pool is 8cm high. The pool itself has step access. The garden also has an area of artificial grass. Inside, the ground floor bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom door is also 70cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 75cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide.
