About the villa

Villa Ariana is located in the Castillo de Aguila area of Playa Blanca, making it a great choice for families and smaller groups looking for a comfortable base close to local amenities. Centro Comercial El Pueblo, home to a selection of restaurants, bars, cafés and a supermarket, can be reached in approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot, while the resort centre is a short drive away. The villa itself offers three bedrooms and a spacious pool terrace with outdoor dining and modern garden furniture, ideal for making the most of the Lanzarote sunshine. As an added bonus, complimentary pool towels are provided and pool heating is included between November and April.

Inside, a comfortable living room boasts a large flat-screen smart TV, ideal for those quieter nights in with a good film and tasty treats. All open-plan, the living room opens up into the kitchen, fully equipped with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and dining table. This spacious room has direct access to the pool terrace, with large patio doors flooding the room with natural light. We find the first bedroom on the ground floor, a double room with a ceiling fan and a TV with local channels. A shower room completes the ground floor.

Head upstairs to the first floor, where we find the remaining two bedrooms, one twin room and one double. All bedrooms share a family bathroom on the first floor, featuring a bath/shower combo. Finally, Villa Ariana features a roomy roof terrace where you can enjoy the surrounding views with a nightcap as the evening draws in.

The very heart of Playa Blanca is just a short 10-minute drive away, where you’ll find plenty to do for all generations, from an impressive shopping scene for the adults, to aquaparks and a day at the beach for the kids. For all the foodies out there, Lanzarote is home to an array of mouth-watering must try dishes, such as Canary potatoes served with tangy Mojo sauce or homemade stews, slowly cooked with local vegetables and best served with a local red wine.

To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 77cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 170cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 66cm, whilst the shower room door is 59cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
