Please note, this villa is in a hilly area of Playa Blanca. This villa sits on the side of Montana Roja and overlooks the resort below. To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 107cm wide. The terrace is tiled, whilst some of the surrounding terrace areas are stone. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 60cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 114cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 100cm wide. This villa does have lots of door frames to step over. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
