Lovely villa in a quiet residential area. For me, the only thing that let it down was the living room didn't have any "soft" lighting. Other than that it was really good and if I go back to Fuerteventura I will definitely be booking this villa again

The villa overall was as expected in good condition. Situated in a complex originally within a small golf course. The golfcourse which the villa looks onto, is now run down and neglected. There was problem with water heating/boiler. This eventually broke down and fused all electricity. This was rectified the following day.

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 67cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and tiled. There is a step over the doorframe onto the patio, whilst the level changes by 3cm from the tiled area to the artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. The edging around the pool is 5cm high. There are no bedrooms/bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where all bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, and the shower room door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 70cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
