To access the villa there is a path which is 106cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 120cm. Paths to the pool area are all 93cm+ and the grounds are uneven as there are lots of individual steps for example; from the patio doors to the pool is 1 step, a further very small step then to the pool. There is also a small step to the decking with outside dining table and another step to the 4th bedroom annex. There are 3 roman steps into the pool with no hand rail. All bedroom doors are 65cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining room is 63cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 63cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
