Please note that to access the villa, there is a communal gate (96cm wide) and a pathway approximately 600cm wide, followed by 2 steps. There is no ramp access. The front door has a width of 82cm, and the door leading to the terrace and pool area is 78cm wide.
The outside areas are generally even. From the lounge area, there is one small step through the patio doors to access the pool terrace. The pool surround is level and finished with artificial grass. The pool does not have Roman steps and is accessed via a ladder.
Internally, the ground floor is level and includes a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, as well as the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. The lounge door is 140cm wide, and the kitchen/dining entrance is 70cm wide. There are 15 steps leading to the first floor, which has additional bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedroom and bathroom doors are 70cm wide.
