You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

The stylish Villa Alba Mar is tucked away on the outskirts of popular Corralejo, a picturesque corner of Fuerteventura in the sun-drenched Canary Islands.
Spread across a single level, this delightful villa has been designed with all of the rooms surrounding the terrace and pool, in a courtyard style. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is bright and airy with a pitched roof, adding to the overall feeling of space. There are also three bedrooms, one ensuite, and two twins, which all have access to the delightful terracotta-tiled pool terrace.
Many pleasant days can be spent in the fantastic outside area. There is a private heated* swimming pool with inviting Roman steps for easy access, surrounded by a poolside shower and sunbathing terrace to soak up the balmy Canarian rays. Meanwhile, a brick barbecue is an ideal place to rustle up a feast for your nearest and dearest which can be savoured alfresco on the covered terrace.
The beauty of this property is that you can do as much or as little as you wish. A mini market and restaurant are a short walk away but for more choice, you are just a short drive from the centre of Corralejo, where lively nightlife, a charming old town, famous dune-backed beaches and some of the island’s best watersports await.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly area. After entering the community gates, there's a steep hill leading to the villa entrance. Once at the top of the hill, the rest of the area is flat. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 3 steps. There is also a ramp to the front door, this is 105cm wide. The front door has a width of 130cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 196cm wide. There is 1 small step to the terrace area. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The bedrooms are accessed externally. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
