Commonly referred to as 'Costa Caleta', the family-friendly resort of Caleta de Fuste is perched on Fuerteventura's east coastline in the Canary Islands. It has been built around an 18th Century fortified tower and pleasure harbour. The resort has a pristine beach with calm, shallow waters ideal for paddling and swimming, as well as a good variety of restaurants, shops and bars. Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.
