To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 186cm wide. From the patio doors to the pool area, there is a flat tiled surface with artificial grass around the pool. This can also be accessed via 2 of the bedrooms, which each have a small step onto the patio. From the entrance of the villa, there are 2 pathways ranging from 230 - 600cm in width to the poolside. The paths are flat. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground floor property. All bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas have a door width of 70cm. From the main living area, there is one small step into each bedroom/bathroom and the kitchen. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
