You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Equipped with a garden kitchen, this villa embraces outdoor and island living. Enjoy meals prepared on the barbeque in the al fresco dining area shaded with a pergola and on those warm evenings relax on the terrace in the sunken chill out area.
Inside, the interior is modern throughout with contemporary details. Designed with socialising in mind, the living room with a large smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are open-plan with a dining table to accommodate six guests. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 75cm. The terrace is accessed via the lower ground floor, either by the internal or external staircase. There is a staircase leading from the parking area to the pool area. The terrace is flat with a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There are steps down to the sunken seating area. This can be seen in the images. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and all doors are 70cm wide. There are 20 steps down from the bedrooms to the living area on the lower ground floor. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
