You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Laura 245 Overview
Just a 25-minute walk away from the island’s longest stretch of sand, you’ve come to the right place if you’re after a beach or pool-based villa holiday in Menorca. Inside, the villa has a practical open-plan layout with typically Mediterranean décor featuring fresh whitewashed walls and tiled floors. All of the living spaces are spread over one level, ideal for young families. The main living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, sociable dining space and a welcoming lounge. From here, sliding doors provide easy access to the private pool terrace, where an outdoor dining area and barbecue awaits.
After busy days exploring Menorca and sociable alfresco evenings with your loved ones, there is nothing better than a restful night’s sleep. Each of the three bedrooms is filled with wonderful natural light offering you space to rest and restore, and all benefit from ensuite bathrooms. The two-kilometre-long, golden beach at Son Bou is famed for its sand dunes and clear, shallow water and it’s easily accessible on foot from Villa Laura 245. It’s also just a short walk down into Son Bou where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, tennis courts, a bowling alley and a children’s play area.
