You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

This lovely detached villa is close to the Son Bou beach and the resort of San Jaime. The quiet location combined with good privacy makes it an ideal location for a relaxing holiday. A 20 minute walk from your villa will bring you to Son Bou beach. It has become a firm favourite with families measuring almost 3km in length and we’re thrilled to be able to offer you this marvellous sought after villa. Villa Conchita is built on one level, offering 3 spacious and airy bedrooms, one of which is en suite. The large living room is a particularly delightful space, with comfy sofas and large patio doors leading out to an outdoor dining area, the extensive lawned gardens and magnificent private swimming pool. The carefully tended gardens are surrounded by a tall manicured hedge, offering excellent levels of privacy.

To access the villa there is a path which is 106cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 76cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 101cm wide and the side door from the kitchen which is 73cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 79cm wide and the grounds are flat/tiled. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide which is the bedroom with the ensuite and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 77cm wide which can be either of the bathrooms. Hi, i'm sorry to say that this villa was shabby, run down and dirty/unclean inside and out. Many other issues with basic facilities and location. Had your rep Sarah visit, she recorded some of the faults, and to quote her "it needs refurbishment!"

Lovely Villa at the bottom of the hill so ideal for anyone who would have trouble with hills. Son Bou is basically built on a hillside. There's a pretty reasonably size pool and the Villa is airconditioned which is handy even in June. My only negative point and I admit it's only a small one is that a 2nd pool side umbrella would be useful. It's worth mentioning Menorca Vacations who look after the villa and do a very good job. Would definitely return to this villa.

ove the villa - the privacy in our favourite holiday location is perfect - with a wheelchair user in our party it is ideal being flat with no steps which is quite rare in Son Bou. Kids love the pool and the ping pong table and the air con is bliss

Our villa was spacious & airy. The rooms were furnished well making everything comfortable. The pool was a delight & we really enjoyed the poolside furniture. It was great to have the towels & linens changed regularly. The only disadvantage was the 20 minute walk to the beach & restaurants but at least it was a level walk & we didn’t have to climb hills. The bathrooms are beginning to look a little tired but overall we were very happy with our stay at Villa Conchita.

Garden furnishings are of a high standard and there is a good sized pool situated is a large front garden surrounded by hedging. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and crockery. The villa is within walking distance of the local San Jaime club and shops. The resort has a large commercial centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. Son Bou is delightful with miles of white sandy beach and shallow, clear, azure water offering safe bathing. There are wonderful coastal walks to the next resort and beyond. Rated: Good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Menorca. The local agent was very helpful and welcoming. The villa was well situated and the garden was very private. We enjoyed the swimming pool. Your replies and instructions were prompt and accurate and we had complete confidence in your company.The interior was quite spacious and comfortable. We were very happy with the service we received from yourselves and the agents (especially Magda) who did their best to answer all our queries. We would recommend visiting towns like Cuitadella and Alveor where there was lots going on and a good choice of restaurants and cafes. We tended to buy ingredients and to eat at home in the evening as we enjoyed eating outside. We will certainly be considering booking through you again.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday. The villa was beautiful, and the service we received whilst we were there was fantastic. On the second day I saw the washing machine door was broken and told them at the office, by the time I walked back to the villa the engineer was there fixing it! Wish I could get that type of service in England! The pool was clean, the villa was so well equipped and the maid service was also the best we have seen. It was the first time we have been on holiday and would have loved to stay for a third week. Thanks again you can be assured we will be booking with you again. Perfect!

We had such a great holiday that we are returning to this villa the next summer for our hols. The staff are fantastic for arranging anything and the villa is so big and clean and the gardens are great. We had a wonderful time.
