You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Set in the picturesque area of Son Bou, this Mediterranean style villa is sure to impress.
Set over two floors, the ground floor features a comfortable lounge area with direct access to an equipped kitchen and a separate dining area. On this floor you also have direct access to the stunning outdoor covered terrace with a corresponding BBQ and alfresco dining. Steps lead down to the alluring pool with views of the sea. The villa features four bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and have single beds and share a shower room. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, the bigger of the two hosts a balcony overlooking the sea and an ensuite. The second bedroom is also provided with a double bed and ensuite. All rooms in the villa are air conditioned for your comfort.
Set in a prime location, you are only a short time away from the famous Son Bou beach and also the shopping centre. Both are within walking distance.

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path which is 102cm wide, leading to 30 steps up to the front door which is 74cm wide. The lounge door is 90cm wide, there are 3 steps up to the ground floor bedrooms. The kitchen/dining room door is 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 83cm wide, the path to the pool is 102cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the terrace area to the pool. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, however the gardens leading up to the property are uneven. The pool has steps. There are multiple steps leading up to the first floor level.
