To access the villa there is an open path which is 90cm wide with fourteen steps. The front door has a width of 89cm whilst the other doors to terrace have a width of 90cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace with split levels; there are seven steps leading towards the pool area. The pool itself has step access. There are 14 steps leading to the first floor. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door and bathroom door is 79cm.
