Known as “mini Binibeca”, find everything need for an unforgettable Menorca escape just a stone’s throw from your villa’s front door. Head down through the charming, narrow, winding streets to the popular commercial centre, with a supermarket and a handful of restaurants set just a few feet away from the bright blue Balearic Sea. Although there aren’t soft sands to sunbathe on around S’Algar, plenty of platforms that jut out into the warm waters have become popular with locals and tourists, providing the perfect place to take a refreshing swim to cool off during those hot summer afternoons! Just a short drive from the island’s capital of Mahon, there’s something for everyone in this hidden gem resort.

To access the villa there is an open path which is 110cm wide with three steps. The front door has a width of 130cm whilst other access doors have a width of 110cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, however there is a slight ramp leading from the terrace doors to the pool area. The pool itself has step access; the pool path has a width of 107cm. This is a ground floor only property. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door is 69cm wide and the widest bathroom door is 70cm wide. The width of the door into the kitchen is 79cm whilst the door into the lounge is 68cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
