Punta Prima villa holidays are an old favourite for Menorcan getaways, and it's easy to see why! With a long, white sandy beach and calm turquoise waters, this friendly little resort has been welcoming families for years. It retains its charm, though, with no high-rise buildings and plenty of authentic Spanish restaurants should you want to sample the local cuisine. If exploration is your thing, jump on the famous Cami de Cavalls, a coastal path that encircles the island with many fascinating hiking and cycling hotspots. The capital Mahón is a short bus ride away.

This villa was lovely, 10 of us went away on a family holiday it was perfect, plenty of room (5 bedrooms) everything you need is here. I do recommend a car as it's a 25 min walk to the local supermarket and sandy beach, although the supermarket has everything you need so not essential. The WiFi in the villa is not so good doesn't reach the bedrooms so luckily I had my internet dongle(for work), but to be honest your here to be on holiday not playing on your phone. Pool is lovely and warm, our dad who doesn't swim even got in. Table Tennis Table went down well we had a tournament. I knocked off 1 star due to the fact the villa next door was having a renovation and every day all you could hear was the grinding of a cutting machine, that won't be there forever but it was loud, other than that we had the best time. Thankyou Solmar we will be booking again. A+++
