To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace area is flat and tiled. There is a small lip over the patio doors, and an edging around the pool. There are no ground floor bedrooms. All bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 80cm.
