Only just booked holiday, but all good so far. Phoned for advice, call was answered quickly and query resolved. Booked online and there was an issue with flights not appearing on confirmation. Called again, picked up straight away and advised flights would be added manually on system. They appeared almost immediately with follow up email, so very impressed with service. Looking forward to holiday and receiving additional information from their ‘concierge service’. If the rest of the holiday process is as good as the initial booking, I’ll recommend without hesitation.

Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .
The phone is answered quickly, staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. If you have a query they are always happy to help or sort any problems. We would definitely recommend Solmar.

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 96cm wide, leading to 4 steps, this leads to the pool/terrace area, there is a narrow pathway leading to the front door, to access the front door there is a height of 9cm from the ground to the door, the width of the front door is 80cm wide. The entrance of the lounge is 227cm wide and the entrance of the kitchen/dining room is 152cm wide, there are 3 steps up from the kitchen/dining room to the bedrooms and bathrooms. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 254cm wide, the path to the pool is 195cm. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and paved stoned, the majority of the garden is uneven ground with lots of olive trees, this does not effect any accesses to the villa or pool/terrace area. The pool has steps.
