Villa Flormentor 3 is a spacious and airy villa, set within spacious grounds within the popular beach resort of Calan Blanes, on the outskirts of Ciutadella on the west coast of Menorca. The roomy interiors are extremely well appointed throughout and feature lovely wood beamed ceilings and lovely wooden floors, creating a lovely welcoming impression. The exteriors are equally as expansive, with the inviting swimming pool commanding centre stage in a particularly sunny spot in the centre of the plot. With an abundance of both shaded and open sun terraces to select from and an adjacent barbecue with al fresco dining facilities, it is clear to see that many an evening will be spent dining under the stars in this utterly delightful spot. Calan Blanes with its beautiful beach and eclectic selection of shops, restaurants and coffee shops can be found a short drive away, and for the culture vultures amongst you, the old town of Ciutadella can also be found a very short drive away.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous and a rural area. To access the villa there is a path which is 240cm wide alongside 10 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat with a mixture of tiles and crazy paving. The pool itself has step access. Inside, the ground floor twin bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
