You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

In a quiet, rural setting close to both the popular resort of Cala en Forcat and the beautiful old capital Ciutadella, Flomertor 2 is a beautiful getaway for those wanting peace and tranquillity yet not too far from civilisation. A few minutes’ drive leads you to cultural hotspot Ciutadella with charming narrow streets to explore, a magnificent cathedral, wonderful architecture and not forgetting the many delightful bars and restaurants on offer. A couple of minutes in the opposite direction lies the popular resort of Cala en Forcat with 3 pretty sandy coves and a selection of bars and restaurants with live music and children’s play areas.
The villa itself is light and airy, with sloped ceilings boasting charming wooden beams throughout. There are three bedrooms, one of which has en-suite facilities and a second bathroom for the family to share. The kitchen is well equipped for all your needs whilst outside you will find a portable barbecue and comfortable terrace furniture… perfect for al fresco dining. The private pool is a much-loved feature of the villa where you can cool off from the hot Mediterranean sun, or lounge on a sunbed with your favourite book... paradise.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90am wide with 4 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 135cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 280cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat. There are 6 steps to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 67cm.
