Nice Villa with lovely View and outdoor space

The indoors however was small with little space for clothes and other items. The location was good and the view of Sivota port from the villa was superb. The facilities at Sivota were excellent with at least 8 good tavernas and 5 super/mini markets.The port was in walking distance but an uphill stretch on return which is significant as there was not a taxi service at the port., 26/07/2022,PRODUCT,Paul Johnson,4,solmar-villas,4399,The villa is ideally located for nearby Cala en Bosch and the bus stop for Ciutadella. While the historical features of the villa are interesting, they did little to add to the enjoyment of our holiday. The villa has no air conditioning. This may not have been a problem had it been constructed to more recent building standards. The whole villa was extremely hot for the whole period we were there. The three fans provided were totally inadequate and it was necessary for us to hire a portable A/C unit. This could only be used in one bedroom, so the rest of the villa was still uncomfortably hot. The villa is extremely dark and it was therefore necessary to have lights on all the time. There are too many other problems that I could highlight, but won?t. The villa is spacious and clean but the patio furniture is a little tired.
