To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm, there are no steps but there is a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 180cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with patches of lawn. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor twin bedrooms doors are 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
