You enter through a sliding large gate onto level driveway and pathway, which leads onto terrace, outdoor kitchen BBQ, and pool accessed via 2 corner curved steps, 1 wide long step (1 ½ metres) and one wide step. The front door (70) in to entrance hall on the right is the lounge/diner with double patio doors (110) to the outside terrace and at the end of this room is the 1st twin room (70) and en-suite shower (60). Also off entrance hall is the kitchen with sliding door (70), door to outside (70). The entrance hall continues into a hallway to the left you will find the bedrooms all with double sliding doors (105) to the outside terrace, 2nd twin room (70), 3rd twin room (70), master bedroom (80)and en-suite (80). On the right of the hallway is the laundry area sliding door (70) and bathroom (70). Outside the villa is a level pathway which leads around the side of the villa.
