Very disappointed with interior of this villa shabby and dated kitchen did not have any cupboard space to store even a loaf of bread no worktop space abd only about 2 foot of space to move in, sitting area very small also outside area was ok couple of chairs broken but no way cud you have 8 people in this villa used solmar lots of times this villa very disappointing

Lovely villa but little bit far from main strip. Constructive feedback - would benefit from shelf in upstairs bathroom and a long mirror somewhere in the house

Villa is ideal for families. The villa is spacious but could do with a lick of paint and furniture upgraded. Only downside there were no instructions for using the oven / hobb / washing machine or dishwasher which all stopped working at one stage. However believe this was down to the electrics as everything kept flickering. The electrics definitely need looking at. Pool is great and ideal for families with plenty of sunbathing. The villa is located in a great place and short walk to the mini supermarket and restaurants.

To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide, there is a slight incline from the path to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 280cm wide, the path to the pool area is 280cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 75cm wide, the bathroom is a bath type. There are 15 steps leading to the first floor level.
